| Norwegian Seafood Dinner 2012 |

On Friday 16 March the Norwegian Business Association (Singapore) and the Norwegian Embassy cohosted the annual Norwegian Seafood Dinner at the Fairmont Ballroom. Along with His Excellency Mr Lui Tuck Yew, Minister of Transport and Second Minister of Foreign Affairs in Singapore, the event saw 985 guests from the Norwegian business community and their invited guests sit down for a sumptuous seafood buffet. The seafood on offer was specially flown in from Norway and skillfully prepared by Singaporean and Norwegian master chefs. Chef Daniel R. Madsen, from Gastronomic Institute in Norway, served an exquisite Salted Cod flakes, Jerusalem artichoke cream, crispy veal tongue, pickled beetroot and truffle. He also stunned the guest with a Pine smoked Salmon “Nordic lights”. |
